ETE form filling: Last chance

For those students who have not been able to fill the ETE form, last chance is given for completing this work on February 22, 2013.

The students should complete the process on February 22, 2013, after which the link will be withdrawn and no application shall be entertained.

Refresher course in Structures

The depart is planning to start a refresher course in basic Structure courses, including Engineering Mechanics, Strength of Materials (SOM or MODS) and Structural Analysis. The course will cover the basics and key concepts from these courses. The classes will be held once or twice a week (between Mon-Fri) and there will be no exam/credit for this course.

All the interested students are required to submit their names to their respective class representatives, who will in turn submit the names to Prof. Satyaprakash. The deadline for submission of names is Fri, Feb 22.

Since it is a voluntary effort on part of the department, it is expected that the participants will maintain a healthy classroom, including regular attendance (>80% of the interested participants will have to attend the classes) and discipline.

AutoCAD training

Due to the AutoCAD competition being organised by Sharda Univ and ICI Student chapter, the scheduled classes of AutoCAD training programme shall not be held on 16th Feb, 2013 (Saturday).

However, the classes shall be held on 17th Feb, 2013 (Sunday) as per the schedule i.e., 10:00am to 2:00pm.

Those who wish to register themselves for the AutoCAD classes may also get it done on Sunday. After this week no registration shall be allowed.

Important Information

AutoCAD design competition is being organised at Sharda University on 16 Feb 2013. It is being organized in collaboration with Indian Concrete Institute (ICI).
Each participant will receive gifts along with participation certificate. Winner will receive prize along with trophy. Meals will be provided to all the participant. For participation contact :

ETE form filling

The ETE form filling for 3rd year students shall be held as per the below mentioned schedule,

Date: 19th Feb, 2013
Time: 10:00am onwards
Venue: 203, E-3 (CAD Lab)

The students would reach the venue in a group of 15 students according to the roll number. The next group shall be allowed only when the previous group has completed the process.

The final last date for registration is 11th feb, 2013, after which no registration shall be done, whatsoever the reasons may be.

AutoCAD classes registration

AutoCAD classes shall be conducted from this weekend (4hrs per day). Based upon the response, there shall be one group or two groups. 

On friday, ie., 8th feb, the representative of CADStudio shall be in our campus to collect the fee and respond to your queries.
