The affected students may present their case before the committee (if they feel so). In case they do not present themselves before the committee, the decisions shall be taken in absentia and shall be binding to them.

Take summer term seriously

• This is to inform you that you need to take summer term seriously as the attendance requirement is 75% for each subject and is not average for all subjects.
• Attendance shall be counted from the day of the start of the class and not from the day you have registered or you have chnaged your subject
• Check you attendance every week with the concerned faculty and report if there is any error
• You may also see the marks awarded for your assignments, quizzes, presentation etc
• All the records of attendance and marks should be available with the concerned faculty and no faculty can deny showing the same to you
• You may contact HOD for any concern (Gaurav Saini shall be officiating HOD from 17th June to 6th July)

Summer Term TT and Syllabus

The summer term time table can be accessed from here and also the syllabus for the courses being offered. The details regarding the faculty and class-room are mentioned in the time-table. The classes shall start from 11th June, 2013.
Note: This is the time-table only for the courses being offered by the civil engg department

Summer Term 2013

The summer term shall commence as,
 i) For 2nd/ 3rd/ 4th yr - registration - June 6,7, 2013. Classes commences June 10,2013
ii) For 1st yr - registration - June 10, 2013. Classes commences June 11,2013

A student can register for courses not exceeding 12 credits and is applicable to all students.
Fee is Rs. 500/- per paper
Classes shall be held till July 20, 2013 followed by summer end term examination
Student opting top repeat a course (F grade) are required to complete all components of CA, MTE and ETE.
Attendance requirement shall be the same as in the regular term
