All the participants are requested to adhere to the following terms and conditions for the duration of the event
Photography is strictly prohibited in the campus
Participants without ID cards will not be permitted to attend the program
Use of any kind of digital media is strictly prohibited.
Kids or guests of Faculty and other staff are not allowed.
Participants are expected to maintain decorum, and follow all applicable rules and regulations of Infosys, while at the campus. Participants shall be deemed liable for causing any loss or damages to Infosys property.

Some necessary instructions
  1. All faculties / students have to carry their id cards for the same.
  2. The dress code is strict formals for students & faculties.
  3. HOD's & Faculties kindly ensure that all students nominated are present for the program.
  4. Students are advised to carry light woolens (Shawl/Jacket/Coat) for the journey.
  5. Necessary action will be taken for the nominated students, who are found absent for the program.
The bus will start from the University premises at 1am on 2/11/2012.
