All of you come sharp at 9:30am tomorrow and be there at your allotted rooms.
Come with formal Dress and Shoe (Neatly dressed).
Your attendance and signatures will be taken at 9:30am itself. Others, those who come after 9:30 am, will be marked as ABSENT and then you need to get HOD permission individually.
