GET-DESIGN
· Responsible
for designing and estimation of jobs enquiries received on ERP from marketing
team.
· To
plan and prioritize his work schedule as per deadlines for submitting designs
estimates for various projects
· TO
ensure that technical compliance of design during initial delivery stage
against enquiries should be successful and meet customer satisfaction level.
· To
calculate basic costing of designs at initial stages of inquiry.
· To
check GA drawings for job works successfully cleared by client and sent for
detailing, get approval on GA and proposal drawing from client.
· Handle
any design related queries from production or projects.
· Ensure
both MBS and STAAD follows thickness etc of the design codes.
GET-PROJECTS
· Make
site visit plans for the week and get it approved by seniors and follow the
approved schedule.
· Take
care of site executions.
· Ensure
safety and quality is maintained in execution works.
· Monitor
that all alignments like column, rafter, purlin, girsts, diagonal bracing etc
are in line.
· Call
quality inspection team for site visits.
· In
case quality team is not available, take consent of project senior for further
action.
· Self
inspection of erection stage for alignment projections of sheets, gutter side
and ridge area. Use erection booklet as per each stage.
· During
roofing check-installation of sheets as per approved drawings, Butyl tape and
silicon sealant used or No-55 mm screws used.
· Clading
stage-Check if sheet is straight or not, girts must be properly aligned, using
plumb for installation of 1st sheet, using during for 25 screws at valley.
GET-PRODUCTION-
· Shearing,
planning and updation ERP of all job.
· Preparation
of job card for detailing section.
· Checking
of connection plate size with actual drawing
· Monitoring
of ship wise vs actual dispatch on daily basis.
· Day
to day reporting to seniors.
