Job Details

Reporting To:- Regional Manager

Deliverable:- To ensure products included in the BOQ and /or approved by continuously meeting architects and consultants and convincing advantages of involving GS Weber products in their product planning.

Ensure repeat BOQs form similar projects by updating consultants/ architects performance from previous BOQs and developing strong relationships with them.

Activities:
1. A. Mapping projects in detail including size, type. Material and decision makers. 
1. B. Tarck now infrastructure developments in respective territory and develop a database to aid the achievement of sales targets. 
2. Identifying and discussing construction needs with consultants, specifies and architects. 
3. Identifying new business opportunities and project and converting them into clients. 
4. Liasioning with the customer on various issues related to the concerned projects/ assignments. 
5. Professional relationship management with the entities involved in projects, i.e. PMC, contractors, designers, etc. 
6. Keeping track of all major projects in region and assisting the project sales team to secure the orders. 
7. To keep track on competitors movement in respective account.

Competencies/ Skills: * Understanding key stages in construction activity and assess material needs and budgets. * Identify and develop relationship with key stakeholders like architects, contractors and consultants * Commercial acumen of developing pricing of a solution portfolio * Good presentation and negotiation skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills* Able to work independently * Assess Market developments. Keep abreast of competitive activity * Develop technical knowledge of predicts & benefits so as to position products appropriately

Salary: INR 2.0 Lacs pa+ incentives +mobile reimbursement + travel allowance+ medi-claim
Joining: Immediate but sufficient leave will be provided to the candidates during their final semester examination.
